Ever thought about traveling to India because of the colorful, delicious and amazing cuisine it houses. The most interesting part about Indian cuisine is that each part of the country has a cuisine so unique to another.
Marina and Mo were the cast for the popular American- Indian cooking reality show, No Worries...Curry! previously on Amazon Prime. They have cooked several private dinners, done workshops and will be opening their own takeout space next April.
However in the meantime they would like to share some specialized street food dishes from different parts of India.
We have created two specific menus, one for vegetarians/ vegans and one for non-vegetarians.

Vegan Street Food Taster Menu
1. Idli- Idli or idly are a type of savoury rice cake, originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular as breakfast foods.
2. Bhel Puri- it is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce, and has a crunchy texture.
3. Samosa chat- Samosa Chaat is made when samosa is broken into bite-sized pieces mixed in spiced chickpeas.
4. Dosa- a thin pancake or crepe originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice.
5. Luchi & Aloo- a popular breakfast combo from Bengali Cuisine. Luchi is Poori (fired flatbread) made with All-purpose flour and Aloo is spicy Potato gravy that is served with Luchi.
6. Dhokla - made with a fermented batter derived from legumes like Chickpea, Pigeon pea and Urad and rice

Non-Vegetarian Food Taster Menu
1. Tandoori Chicken- Tandoori chicken is a chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yogurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven.
2. Reshmi Kebab- Reshmi kabab is a famous non-vegetarian chicken kebab commonly eaten in India and Pakistan. The process of cooking includes the usage of a lot of cream and cashew nu
3. Egg roll- Kolkata Egg Roll is one of the most loved Kolkata street foods. Delicious flaky flat bread, covered with egg on one side and filled with a simple salad of onion and cucumber.
